What do we do?
With over 25 years of experience in event catering, operating bars, restaurants and hotels, including handling weddings, large conferences, all manner of celebratory events, large scale Christmas parties, tribute nights and outside catering around the area, we are well attuned to our clients’ differing needs. The real question should be: what don’t we do?
Our heritage.
Vincere Hospitality was founded by Lincolnshire hotelier Ashley Lidgard of the Oak Ridge Group, after demand became so great for managing and executing outside events that it became a necessity to separate the business entirely. Ashley’s two thriving hotels mean that Vincere Hospitality has both the connections and resources to make any event a reality. As one of our regular corporate clients once said “I always ask you, because you always can!”
Vincere Hospitality’s General Manager Richard Matthews was trained by Ashley Lidgard in all aspects of the hospitality industry. After many years’ progression working in hotels, and most recently for a large UK events company, he then returned to the fold, adding his increased and broadened expertise to Vincere Hospitality event caterers.
The company is based in Lincolnshire, but we are more than equipped and happy to travel, and frequently do. Our outside catering and events expertise frequently takes us to Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and beyond. We are very proud of our Lincolnshire heritage, and wherever possible, our ingredients, as well as being seasonal, will also be locally sourced.
